• Files, Items, and/or Materials may not be modified or altered in any way, outside of the Lender Design platform.
• No warranty or guarantee of any kind is provided. Any Files, Items, and/or Materials are provided "AS IS". Use of any Files, Items, and/or Materials are done so at User's / Subscriber's sole risk and discretion.
• In no event will Visual Info Design LLC be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, economic, or consequential damages arising out of use, or inability to use, any Files, Items, and/or Materials.
